• Wall-only room- $2.50-$3.00 per sq ft

• Baseboards- $3.25-$4.00 per linear ft

• Door Casing(both sides)- $30-$60 each

• Window Trim- $25-$50 each

• Closet- $50-$100

• Deck floor: $2.00-$3.50

• Railings: $25-$35/ linear ft

• Pressure washing only: $0.30-$0.60/ sq ft

• Stripping: +$1.00-$1.25/ sq ft
